Consent

1. The Administrator of your personal data and of the data of other participants of a given Tourism Service submitted by you, is AM Consulting Anna Marzec, with registered office at Kokotów 732, 32-002 Węgrzce Wielkie, Tax Reg. No. (NIP) 9451418746, entered in the Register of Tourism Organizers and Intermediaries maintained by the Marshall of the Krakow Province, entry no. Z/26/2018.

2. By making an order submission / sending the reservation form, you are consenting, pursuant to Art. 6 clause 1 item a of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, to the processing of your personal data, and the data of other participants of a given Tourist Service submitted by you, by the Administrator referred to under 1, for the purposes of executing your application.

3. At the same time, by making an order submission / sending a reservation form, you confirm that you are aware of the fact that the personal data included in the application shall be used for the purposes of registering you and other participants of a given Tourist Service submitted by you as the Client (a participant of a tourist event organized by AM Consulting Anna Marzec, with registered office at ul. Podcegielnia 495, 32-003 Podłęże), as the processing of this personal data is necessary for the performance of your submission, and that you consent to it.

4. You confirm that you are aware of the rights arising from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation), as included in the informative section.


Information on the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) we hereby inform you that:

1. the Administrator of your personal data and the data of other participants of a given Tourism Service included in or added to the order submission/reservation document of a given Tourism Service, submitted by you, is AM Consulting Anna Marzec, with registered office at ul. Podcegielnia 495, 32-003 Podłęże, Tax Reg. No. (NIP) 9451418746, entered in the Register of Tourism Organizers and Intermediaries maintained by the Marshall of the Krakow Province, entry no. …… (the Organizer).

2. The contact details of the Administrator of the Personal Data and of the Data Protection Officer are available on the Organizer's website. 3. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the fulfilment of your order submission.

4. The purpose of the Organizer processing your personal data and the data of other participants of a given Tour, submitted by you, pursuant to your consent (art. 6 clause 1 item a of the GDPR) is only to execute a Tourism Service contract with you, as well as to prepare and execute the ordered Tourism Service pursuant to the order placed in person directly or by telephone at the Organizer's Service Office or in the reservation system available on the Organizer's website — in such an event, your data will be additionally processed for the purposes of executing a contract on the provision of electronic services.

5. The Organizer processes personal data also in order to fulfil the obligations arising from the provisions of the law (e.g. in relation to the data required for the issue of a receipt or invoice), as well as in order to pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator of the Personal Data and your legitimate interests as the Client, that is to make it easy for you to purchase travel services provided by the Organizer, to ensure the security of transactions, to enable you to make payments through different channels, to make settlements with the payments operator, to process your claims or indemnify you against claims, to archive data and documents, to present you with the Organizer's marketing offers, to survey your satisfaction. The data you make available shall not be used for automated decision making or profiling. The data you make available shall not be transferred to third-party states or international organizations.

6. We process your personal data pursuant to your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The personal data provided by you may be made available by the Organizer to other entities: including airlines, bus and ferry carriers, hotels, a third-party insurance provider, Tourism Organizers cooperating with the Organizer in the performance of the Tourism Service you order, travel agents cooperating with the Organizer pursuant to agency agreements and other foreign contractors to the extent necessary to perform the Tourism Service you order.

7. If you choose the insurance option, your personal data and the data of other travel participants provided in the relevant form shall be transferred to a third-party insurer in order to execute and perform an insurance agreement and are required to provide insurance coverage. Detailed information on the objectives, legal grounds and principles of processing personal data by the insurer is always available to the Organizer's Client prior to the Client's placing an order / reservation on the Organizer's website.

8. Please be advised that you have unlimited access to the personal data provided to the Organizer and the right to amend, delete or limit the processing thereof, as well as the right to object to the processing, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, to request the cessation of processing and the right to file a complaint to the relevant supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if in your opinion the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Withdrawal of consent and a request to cease the processing of your personal data shall not affect the legitimacy of the processing which had been carried pursuant to your consent before the withdrawal of your consent.

9. Your personal data shall be stored for the duration of the fulfilment of the submission order and the performance of the Tourism Service, and subsequently for the time necessary to secure the information for the eventuality of a legal requirement to prove any relevant facts or to secure or pursue claims, and the personal data shall be removed after the expiry of this time.
